HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING USUALLY TAKE?

  • Order processing takes 1-3 business days with an average of next day order shipment
  • Once the post office has your package the actual shipping time is out of my hands. You can find your tracking # in your shipping email you'll receive when I ship your item out and keep track via the tracking number.
  • While I ship orders out as fast as possible please understand I am a small business and sometimes order processing may take longer than 1-3 days, in that event I will notify customers via email/tiktok. (@shells21)

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM BREAKS IN TRANSIT?

  • I now have updated shipping with insurance options at checkout. 
  • For all orders you have the option to choose insurance with your shipping, I package my absolute best to keep everything safe, however USPS can be rough and sometimes things happen and get broke. If you do not choose to purchase the shipping with insurance at checkout then you are understanding and agreeing that I can not replace your broken item(s). USPS will not compensate broken packages without proof of purchased insurance. As much as I would love to accommodate broken packages I am a small business not a corporation, however I don't want my customers to be out of money either thats why I offer shipping insurance and leave it up to you to decide. Rest assured broken packages don't happen often so its very unlikely but still possible.
  • Shipping with insurance is non refundable. When your package arrives safely if you purchased shipping insurance that is non refundable. 
  • If you purchase shipping insurance and you have damaged items, you can choose between a refund or store credit for the broken item(s) this is only eligible for items broken not entire order. PROOF OF BROKEN ITEM(S) IS REQUIRED WITH PHOTOS VIA EMAIL. this excludes the price of shipping. For example if your entire order is for some reason destroyed you will get store credit/refund for items total excluding shipping cost. if one or more items is broken you will get a refund/store credit for those items only. 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/REFUNDS?

  • I DO NOT accept returns due to health and safety reasons. 
  • I DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS. If there's an issue with your order please contact me to discuss. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS STOLEN AFTER ITS BEEN DELIVERED?

  • If you think your package has been stolen after delivery unfortunately there is nothing I can do about this. I will not be able to give you any sort of refunds or store credit as I can not verify that it has been stolen. 
  • If you think your package has been stolen, I recommend you to contact your local USPS to check with them to make sure it was actually delivered. Sometimes they hit delivered on tracking before it was. Double check with them and all around your mail box location. 
  • If you have issues with your packages getting stolen, I would recommend you find a safe delivery address to have your packages delivered at. 

  WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN I CHECK MY TRACKING AND IT SAYS, "POST OFFICE AWAITING SHIPMENT?"

  • Your tracking number will say that until USPS scans in the item, it may say that for a day or two even though ive already dropped your package off. Once I drop packages at the post office, shipping times are out of my hand and its up to whenever they get it scanned in and shipped out. -If its been more than 7 days and your item still says that please contact me!
